RETURNS POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept the return of your purchase for exchange or for a refund.

We will not accept returns (unless items are faulty or not as ordered) on discounted sale items. Sale items are purchased are a final sale so please be careful with your choices.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • For New Zealand orders - you must return the item/s within 14 days of the date of delivery to you.
  • For all other countries orders - you must return the item/s within 30 days of the date of delivery to you
  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packaging (wherever possible) and with all labels and tags still attached.
  • All return shipping is at the customers expense unless we sent you the wrong item/s.

EXCHANGES

  • If you have changed your mind, we do not offer a refund but will exchange it for a size and colour of your choice.
  • our item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packaging (wherever possible) and with all labels and tags still attached.
  • All return postage must be paid by the returnee

REFUNDS

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not meet our return requirements.

  • Once your return is received and its contents verified (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
  • We do not refund the original shipping fees or pay for any return shipping.
