SHIPPING POLICY

We ship online orders worldwide as well as domestically within New Zealand. Pick up instore is also available.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are based on the destination country and the weight of the consignment. Generally the further away from New Zealand the destination country is, the more expensive shipping will cost.

TRACKING

We try to always use our shipping agents tracking service. For some countries only a partially tracked Economy service is available.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

We use Post Haste or New Zealand Couriers for overnight deliveries nationwide. Post Haste offers a lower cost 2 Day Inter Island option.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use New Zealand Post International to send consignments internationally. We use their Economy Tracked service or their International Courier service. For some countries only a partially tracked Economy service is available

ECONOMY TRACKED

  • Fully Tracked 
  • Delivery Target - 3 to 10 working days
  • Insurance cover maximum NZ$250.

INTERNATIONAL COURIER

  • Fully Tracked
  • Delivery Target - 2 - 6 working days
  • Insurance cover maximum NZ$2,000.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Some situations will inevitably cause shipping delays and this means delivery target will not be met. Adverse weather events are an obvious delay but international consignments can also be delayed by things like customs inspections. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT REGULATIONS

Consignments to some countries (e.g. Canada, Europe, United Kingdom) may incur customs duties and/or Value Added Tax (VAT). Payment for these is the responsibility of the customer.
